USSSP (Uninterrupted Self Sustaining Solar Power)
This system was first installed on my Mk7 2017 Golf Sportwagon (2019). It now resides in a 2019 E-Golf (2023)
I need to power Ham radio in the car independent of the cars electrical system. My daily drive isnt long enough to recharge from the cars alternator, and the 12v accessory power is set in the fuse box to time out in 15min after the car is parked. I didn't flip the fuse to set12v accessory power to be continues. The USSSP is independent of the cars 12v system. Provides ~5W of continues power load, while in SUN LIGHT!!!!
