Future Plans

  • New site photos

Completed Work

June 2026

  • Site has been completely reinstalled, including both airFiber links and the SF sector. The dish to Fish Ranch was downgraded in size to reduce wind load. A single cable feeds the mounting pole where a switch connects all the devices. This simplified the reinstall process.

2024

  • The site went down in 2024 when the mounting hardware was ripped out of the ground by a storm.

December 2023

  • Install dish pointing toward San Pedro

August 2023

  • Provided 3 public backbone IPs to use with repeater.

July 2023

  • Two AREDN nodes, and a backbone link has been installed.. The AREDN sector points due north towards San Francisco. The Backbone line points across The Bay to Fish Ranch.

June 2023

  • With the mounting of the new pole at the site, we can move forward with an AREDN system.
